1) Payment Terms
- All prices are shown before checkout and charged in the selected currency.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
- You can cancel anytime; cancellation prevents future charges and does not backdate past charges.
- Applicable taxes and gateway fees may be included or added at checkout, depending on region.
2) 24-Hour Refund Window
We can process a refund only when the request email is received within 24 hours of the original payment timestamp. If your request reaches us after 24 hours, we will not be able to refund the paid amount.
3) Deduction of Gateway / Transaction Charges
If your refund request is received within 24 hours and approved, we will refund the amount paid minus non-refundable payment gateway and transaction charges. These charges are retained by payment partners and are not recoverable by us.
4) Non-Refundable Cases
- Refund requests received after 24 hours from payment.
- Duplicate requests after a refund has already been processed for the same charge.
- Charge disputes where final outcome is determined by the payment provider or bank.
5) How to Request a Refund
Email us from your registered account at billing@keytune.app with your payment ID, transaction date/time, and reason for refund.
